The temperature settings for tobacco leaves at different stages of baking are as follows:

Yellowing period: The starting temperature is 32 ℃, and the temperature is increased by 1 ℃ per hour to 35-36 ℃. The temperature is stabilized until the tobacco leaves

become soft and collapse. Then raise the temperature to 38-39 ℃, maintain the wet bulb temperature at 36-37 ℃, and stabilize the temperature until all tobacco leaves

turn yellow, reaching yellow leaves and green veins. Heat up again to 42 ℃, with a wet bulb temperature below 37 ℃, and stabilize for 10-15 hours for early

dehumidification. Then heat up and enter the color setting period.

Color fixing period: After the tobacco leaves have turned yellow, green veins, and become soft, heat them up by 2-3 ℃ every 2-3 hours until they reach 50-52 ℃,

maintain humidity and temperature at 38-40 ℃, and bake until the tobacco leaves are hooked, curled, and rolled into a large roll. Then raise the temperature to 54-55 ℃

and stabilize for more than 12 hours before raising the temperature again to reduce the color difference between the front and back of the tobacco leaves and promote

the aroma of the tobacco leaves.

Dry muscle period: It is mainly the period when the moisture in the main veins is eliminated. The temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will cause the loss or

further transformation of aromatic substances, resulting in a decrease in quality. After the tobacco leaves meet the color requirements, quickly raise the temperature to

above 60 ℃, with a maximum of 68 ℃, and the humidity temperature should not exceed 43 ℃, usually 39-42 ℃. Bake until the tobacco ribs are completely dry, which

usually takes 30-40 hours.
