At a grain base in Gansu China, to meet the oat drying needs of the enterprise, we equipped them with six 100-horsepower direct heating dryers and six 30-ton dryers, which were installed and delivered in June 2024. The heat pump delivers a stable airflow temperature of 60°C, with a drying duration of 18 to 20 hours. The daily processing capacity reaches 180 tons, with a cost calculation of only 35 yuan per ton. Compared to traditional fuel-based drying methods, the use of air-source dryers reduces costs by 70%. Moreover, through intelligent control, the drying temperature and time can be accurately adjusted, ensuring good grain appearance and stable quality. This significantly enhances profitability, providing an energy-efficient and high-performance solution for the grain storage industry and oat drying processes.

Aquatic processing industry: technological updates, cold air drying

We provide cold air drying equipment and technology for overseas companies such as Canada, Australia, Germany, Russia, Indonesia, Uganda, etc. The drying process can be divided into initial drying for removing moisture from the surface of the fish body and later drying for removing moisture from the inside of the fish body. The initial drying should be controlled faster in the early stage, and the drying process should not be too fast in the later stage, so that high-quality products can be obtained during processing. The moisture content of fresh fish is relatively high, and its moisture exists in the fat and oil of the fish body. Dehydration is slow, and if high-temperature drying is used, it is easy to cause protein denaturation, affecting taste, and the dried fish will have a yellowish color. Drying with cold air yields better results.

Food Processing Industry: Innovation in Rice Noodle Drying

A food factory in Thailand requires drying approximately two tons of rice noodles daily. Previously, the facility used electric heating for drying, resulting in high costs and suboptimal rice noodle quality due to inaccurate temperature control. To address this, the factory installed two 10P air-source heat pump drying and dehumidification units in the drying room. These units can set the initial temperature at 40°C and humidity at 50%, with a maximum temperature controlled at 50°C and humidity maintained at 18%. In practical operation, all technical and economic indicators significantly outperformed those of electric drying rooms, reducing energy consumption by 90% and noticeably shortening drying time. The resulting rice noodles exhibit superior quality, an appealing appearance, and no residual harmful substances such as SO₂, with moisture content fully meeting standards. Almost no rework is required, greatly enhancing drying efficiency and economic benefits while also saving labor costs, perfectly aligning with the factory's production needs.


Tea Drying: Upgrading Traditional Techniques

In a tea factory in Hunan China, tea drying has always been a key factor affecting tea quality. The traditional methods of burning firewood, coal, or electric heating for drying not only consume a lot of energy and pollute the environment, but also result in slight deviations in temperature and time control by tea makers, which can greatly reduce the quality of tea leaves. The tea drying project we created for this tea factory uses four 5P air source heat pump dryers and is equipped with precise temperature and humidity measuring instruments in the drying room. By accurately controlling temperature and humidity, the dried tea leaves have a complete appearance, bright color, and a large degree of retained internal nutritional value and trace elements. They have good rehydration properties, small color difference between the front and back sides, accurate and stable moisture content, and meet industry and national standards. The grade and average price of tea leaves have significantly improved. After the project delivery, the tea factory can dry over 3000 pounds of fresh tea per day, with a power consumption of only 280 degrees. The energy consumption cost per pound of tea has been reduced to about 0.1 yuan, and the tea has a sweeter and more mellow taste, winning high praise from customers.


Industrial production: a new choice for wood drying

Controlling the moisture content of wood is crucial in overseas wood processing enterprises such as Switzerland,Australia, Malaysia, and Mexico, otherwise the wood is prone to deformation and cracking, affecting product quality and utilization. After introducing our air source heat pump dryer, this problem has been effectively solved. The equipment can accurately set drying parameters based on the type and thickness of wood, and uniformly adjust the temperature and humidity inside the drying room. During the drying process, real-time monitoring of changes in wood moisture content can be carried out to ensure that the wood moisture content meets the ideal standard. The quality of the wood dried by it is significantly improved, and the stability of the processed furniture, wooden flooring and other products is better. The defect rate is greatly reduced, saving raw material costs for enterprises and improving market competitiveness.
